Call for Papers. Conference "Environment and human: the latest research on the Neolithic in the Eastern Baltics"

The section is dedicated to the Neolithic and the processes taking place in it, paying special attention to the interaction between environment and humans. The chosen research area is Eastern Baltic, comprising modern Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

We invite archaeologists, geographers, geologists and other field specialists to submit reports related to the following issues in Eastern Baltic Neolithic:

1) Paleogeographical and geological research in and near settlements;
2) Human-environment interaction;
3) Livelihood strategies and their models;
4) Population and environmental aspects of micro-regions;
5) Availability of resources and their use.

Report submission deadline is February 11, 2024
